The International Silkisondan Karate Association mourns the loss of Tran Xuan Quang, 20-Sept 1946 - 18-Aug 2025, father to Cinnamon Pham. He will forever be missed.

Kiai
Chun bi stance
Attention stance
Pushups
Situps( hands behind head)
Reverse situps
Front Raising kicks
Back raising kicks
Hops
Basic etiquette for bow
Student oath

White (testing to yellow)

First stripe - Tie belt/student oath
Second stripe - Chon ji first half
Third stripe - Chon ji second half
Fourth stripe - One step (3 techniques)

Attendance: 24 classes

Hello everyone, I just wanted to confirm the Nov. BB test details. The test will be held Sat. Nov. 5, 10a, at Atlee Rec. The candidates that will test are: Luke Hajacos - to 1st Dan Trey Choiunard - to 1st Dan Sensei Mark Wilds - to 3rd Dan Trey has a conflict with the Nov. 5 date and will be tested in class on Tues. Nov 1. Luke and Sensei Mark will test on Nov. 5. Master Burke plans to attend from Florida.
